Ms. Heinrich was Chief Sales Officer at Open-Xchange, previously she built up the partner channel for SuSE and was responsible for the entire channel business in EMA for Novell after the acquisition by Novell. Her career began in software business at Lotus, where she also established the channel and was responsible for all software channel business after the acquisition by IBM.
